Crothersville
On the day of the eclipse, the Crothersville Junior-Senior High School athletic department is planning Eclipse Fest on the school grounds, 109 N. Preston St., Crothersville.
The schedule of events April 8 is:
8 a.m.: Blackout 5K run/walk
8:30 a.m.-4 p.m.: Silent Auction
9 a.m.: Baby Contest
10 a.m.: Dog Parade
11 a.m.: Talent Show
1 p.m.: Moon Pie eating contest

Details:
Beginning at 9 a.m. Monday, April 8, at the church, 311 Myers Street, Seymour.
$20 to park with lawn space available. Restroom facilities and playground available. The church also is within close distance to eight restaurants and coffee shops. All proceeds go to the High School Puerto Rico Mission Trip.
